We are establishing the validity of establishing a GAL4/UAS system to use with genome-wide UAS-RNAi libraries in a large scale phenotype screen. The first step is to find a GAL4 driver that is expressed in the tissue of interest (adult heart and/or flight muscle) and stimulates sufficient UAS promoter activation
