Research Focus
My research focuses on live cell imaging and computational modeling from the molecular to cellular level in order to:
Investigate how defects in cardiac cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix complexes disrupt the structural integrity, electrical, mechanical and signaling functions in isolated murine cardiomyocytes.
